I mean QlikSense cloud to QlikSense Desktop.

Hi, you can download the app by right-clicking on that app and then that qvf you must copied to your Qlik Sense Desktop folder location (i.e. C:\Users\user.name\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps). Once you have it there you should be able to see it on your QS Desktop.
