I have a client who says that on occasion the QlikSense (v3.2) bookmarks that he's created do not appear in his bookmark list.
Logging out and back in appears to fix the problem but that's obviously not an acceptable solution.
Also, when the bookmarks are not appearing, any attempt to create a new one will result in the Create New Bookmark button turning gray and nothing else happening.
It's very awkward to be demonstrating QlikSense to a potential customer and having the bookmarks fail this way.
Has anyone else experienced this and/or can shed some light on the cause?
