    QMC is not fetching the data

      The application loads every hour in the QMC but it fails to fetch the data from the database. But if it is done manually it is getting loaded. Is there any issue in this ?

          By "done manually" you mean reloaded in QV Desktop? In that case the culprit is probably the service account not having permission to access the database (or some other issue with permissions).


          Enable the Generate Document Log option in Settings->Document Properties->General and save the QVW. Then start the task anew in QMC and check the Document Log in the Distribution Service Logs folder. The Document Log will contain an explanation about what exactly is missing...
