"Error Occurred" while opening Qlik Sense Hub

Hi Every one,

i got an issue i.e, whenever i tried opening Qlik Sense Hub it showing "An Error Occurred" and i am able to open the QMC.

i tried restarting the services but of no use.

This is Happening after upgrading the OS.

can any one help me to get rid of it.

Is your HOSTNAME or URL you are using to access the Hub listed in the whitelist?

What are the error messages in the logs?
