I'm building a Qlik Sense dashboard with historical views.
I will also build a SQL Data Warehouse with slowly changing dimensions to create the history.
My client wants in the dashboard, the full historical snapshot of the DB, for example at 01 Jan 2017.
The problem is that I will have the changes for Jan 2017, but if a record wasn't modified in Jan, I still have to get the old one, let's say from Jun 2015.
How would you structure a historical snapshot? without having to append the data?
