Not able to install QMC Utilities extensions (Rule Manager)
I have successfully installed the QMC Utilities program. However, when I try to install the Rule Manager (downloaded from github) I get an error message saying "The zip file did not contain any valid extensions". Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong? The zip file in questions is titled "qmcu-rule-manager-master.zip"
This morning I opened QMCU and all the functions just happened to be there. I have no idea why but there they are. This was when I was logged in under my personal RootAdmin account. However, if I open up QMCU using the service account that manages Qlik (which is also RootAdmin) there are no extensions in the QMCU menu. I find this quite odd. Has anyone experienced something like this before?
