Some of our Qliksense (3.1 SP4) users are based out of client location, i.e. outside our organization network. Users are getting an error message “Access Denied (policy_denied): You are attempting to use a non-standard HTTPS Port” while accessing Qlik Hub (node js on port 4011 is also being used to generate ticket and redirect to Qlik portal).
Client network team does not agree to open any additional non-standard HTTPS ports (4244 or 4248). We tried going through the Reverse proxy link posted in Qlik Community for NGIX setup and configuration. However, this is not working for us. We are stuck at NTLM Windows authentication and it is not going further.
Please suggest an alternate or further fix required to get this issue resolved, since it will impact our business users working out of client locations.
