Setting different emails for alerts for different documents / tasks in QV Publisher

Hi,

Is there a way to set alerts when reload fails only to specified documents or tasks in QlikView Publisher? If not, maybe it is possible to set different recipients (different emails) for different documents / tasks? If not, how can I get alert when a specified document failed to reload in QV Publisher?

Hello Cezary,

usually you create a new QVW "YOURFILE_FAILED.qvw"

create an alert (STRG+ALT+A) in this qvw like this:

create a Trigger in QMC

- on Event from another Task

- on failure

- YOURFILE

that should do it.

Maybe you have to configure you Mail Server im QMC.

Hi Tim,

I was thinking about this solution but if it's possible I would like to avoid creating new QVW (my client got some restrictions when comes to new files on server)
