    QlikSense browser has stopped working

      I start using Qlik Sense two months ago, and recently I upgrade my Qlik Sense to the latest version (June 2017). When I tried to log in, there is an error message that "QlikSense.Browser has stopped working", and it forces to close the programme. As a result, I couldn't use Qlik Sense at all.

      How can I fix this problem? I have attached the log file.

          Dear Wendy,


          Thank you for posting


          Please check the application logs in event viewer and see if you find any "Application error" which indicates the Qlik sense browser failure and find out the faulting module.


          You may see a path for the module there which will be associated with an application and then see if that application is running by opening the task manager.


          Try uninstalling the application or stopping the process of that and see if you are able to access the Qlik sense app or not
