Did you ever resolve your login issue?
I'm experiencing a different issue. When logging in I get this message "Could not logon to Heroku".
I use the same UID and PWD on the Community or Qlik sites and they work fine.
As a work around, I logged into the Qlik Site, used the Qlik Support link to redirect and then clicked on the Login button. Without providing any additional credentials I was authenticated and recognized.
