Qlik Desktop installation issue.

Hi All,

i am getting an error while installing Qlik Sense Desktop on my machine.

PFA screen shot and Log file.

Please let me know what is the issue and what i need to do to rectify it.

Hi @rathnam.qv,

Do you have any previous version of Qlik Sense Installed on the machine?

If Yes try uninstalling (although there's an Upgrade/repair option sometimes it helps)

Clear your cache WIND KEY+ R = temp , %temp%

Finally restart your machine and try installing Qlik Sense Desktop after that assuming you are using Windows PC, not Windows Server.
