Unable to See the Appearance Option for Charts

I am unable to see the appearance option on the right side . I have just downloaded qliksense desktop. I am able to add dimension and measure and reference line but unable to see appearance option for formatting any chart. Pls help.

I am able to view it now surprisingly after the restart of my laptop.
