User access pass Allocation in Qliksense.

1 Login Access pass has session of 60mins, how long is the User access pass valid, please suggest me on this, also can we automate license allocation like if user is not using license for more than 30days, can we remove that user automatically from QMC, Please suggest me on this.

Incase While using login access pass if user uses for 20mins, and login after 2 hours can they still use the same login access pass with remaining 40mins? Please suggest.
