Sever QMS runs task but qvw archive don´t show data

Hi,

I have an qvw file running daily by schedule, but in the past 1 mounth this file has succesfully runned and the painel don't show any data. Anyone knows about it?

No data at all? The dashboard is empty?

Is the date underneath the AccessPoint thumbnail being updated?

Alternatively you can put a text box with expression:

='Last reload on ' & ReloadTime()

on a sheet in your document. Does it get an update? If it does, your recent data updates may be blocked in an intermediate stage, or there may not be any updated data available.

Does your document get its updates from QVD files? Then you may want to check where it looks for these QVD files, and whether they themselves contain any updated data.
