Account Not Activated

Hi Guys

A client of us registered themselves on Qlik after getting the invitation email from, and got the activation email.  He then clicked on the activation, but his account still remain inactive.  How can i get him activated ?

If he can access the desktop thru his login then he should be able to login to his personal hub as well... above is the link.
