Yes - the best thing you can do - is right click on your app and download the .qvf file to your local system for safe keeping. I am also aware that backups are made on QSCB as well. However they are controlled by the host administrators and can be restored in an event that requires it.

Hello Michael, how are you? I've recently cancelled my account by mistake( I was login in 2 accounts in the browser) and I didn't have a recent back up from all qvf stored in the qlik sense cloud business subscription. is there any way to recover the files? I've just created another subscription but the worskpace is empty. Thank you very much
