I have been trying since Thursday last week to add additional seats to one of my current Cloud Business accounts. Everything seems to go OK until I try to check out. As soon as I do I get an error message.
I have emailed email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org, my first email being on Friday 13th. To date I have not received a response from either. If you exclude the automatic response from email@example.com which offered me a 10% when I checked out my next order. Now that is adding insult to injury.
Does anyone know who I can contact to get this resolved, I am hitting a dead end.
