Inorder to do this you need to follow the steps mentioned below
go to QEMC --> systems tab --> expand qlikview server folder--> then select qlikview server beneth it.
Then to the right pane go folders tab --> and it root folder section change the path to the folder or drive you like.

Hi,The problem is related to directories in the system.
For example, the directory C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data containsC: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ QlikTech \ ManagementService.
