before install make sure your system should have
.NET Framework 4.5.2 or higher & 3GB disk space
if above method not working,
try to useWin8andUp installation package.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I got it working, by killing the Qlik dispatcher from task manager. This was running in the background for some reason. After this, I just opened QlikSense as an administrator and it worked.
