Qlik NPrinting Designer not showing objects

Hi All,

I was wondering if somebody could help me with this...

While connecting to a particular QlikView document through NPrinting, I am not able to see the list of objects in the template editor. It is empty.

I have other reports connecting to other qvw's working fine, the problem is with this particular document.

Is there a restriction or a property associated to the QV document causing this issue?

I am using Qlik NPrinting June 2017 and QlikView Desktop 11.20 using local connection to the QlikView document.

is there any section access to that perticular doument?

or

change the app name and recreate a new connection and new app and try
