Background color of dimension in pivot table not working

Hello everyone,

We have a requirement which needs guidance from you all. Below is the details on the requirement!

We are using 3 dimensions- Number, Data, Tag .We are using pivot table to display the average value for each category of Tag.

We have applied colour coding for Data field using background colour property of dimension but we could see the colour not being applied for the rows in the Data field which does not hold value in the first column of expression.  (Highlighted in Yellow).

Please suggest a solution .
