    Problem of stable connectivity using ODBC connector

      Hellow.I am new on this Community.

      I have Business Account on Cloud.

      Recently I have a 2 main problems.

      1. Error messages From ODBC Connector

      2. Error message :An error occurred while saving app. Your maximum file size quota of 25 MB was exceeded.

      And I still Business Account so I am not supposed to get this message according to Business Account Limitations.

      Please Help -I have  a great expectations from Cloud Solution.

          Hi Vered,

           

          We had an issue with momentarily caused some of our connectors fail to work correctly.  The issue has now been resolved.  Please retry and see if you still are having issues with connectivity.

           

          With regards to the app size limit, if you create an app in your personal space then the 25MB app limit is still enforced.  If you use your Qlik Sense Cloud Business workspace then the app limit is 150 MB.
