Values in Qliksense dashboard differ from my mysql

Hi,

I am a new user to Qliksense. I have used a ODBC connection to connect mysql with Qliksense.  I have used mysql query to extract the table values and export the results in excel file. When I use the same query in data load editor and connect my Qliksense dashboard , I see there are changes in the values for eg; if I sum up the values of the variable  x it comes around 15 million $ in excel(using mysql query) but if I see the total of x in Qliksense it shows as 12 million $. What can be the issue?

Thanks

We would need to know more about the query in question and what the datastructure of your Qlik application looks like, as well as your Table.

Also keep in mind that if you using a table and you have your dollars value as measure, you will end up with a different number than if you have it as a dimension.

even better if you could provide a sample qvf file to see what you are saying.

I am not sure what "kind of sorted means".
