License lease issue

Hi,

I am trying to lease a license on our Production server and when I add the server name, the folder does not show any applications. I have CAL assigned to me and also checked the option for 'Allow license lease' on QMC. Can someone tell me what could be the issue.

Regards,

Greeshma

You have to first give yourself access to some application then it will show. then you will able to lease the license

Is it a license of type = Named CAL that has been assigned to you?

After trying to find published documents using the Open in Server... menu entry, go back to the Start Page and click the License Information link. What does it say at the top?

BTW you're not getting any error messages, just a blank document list when you select the folder with published documents?
