NPrinting cache status error Exceeded maximum number of retries

I am failing miserably trying to get a server connection in the NPrinting (17.5.0.0) web console to work with QlikView (12.10 SR8) and I now have uncovered a new cache status error message...Exceeded maximum number of retries.  Can anyone help explain what causes this? Thanks

hi

check all the services are running or not first?

and check in the server  the app name changed or not?  if yes  it should be same name. and try to reload metadata again
