this is not a NPrinting issue - it is SMTP server issue!

If you put SMTP server information correct it may be antispam block from SMTP or some other settings.

Talk to your SMTP admins.

BTW - if you upgrade to newest NPrinting version you will have a "Test" property so tyou will be able to send a test e-mail. You will also have possibility of using SSL.

If you are unsure if your SMTP server works use one of the "Dummy" servers to test it. For example: smtp4dev - Home

Last thing - how big is your attachment - maybe it is to big to sent via email?

cheers

Lech

Hi Lakshman,

The OP is using version 17.5 so this is not really relevant.

Hi,

I searched your error: "ERROR: Service not available, closing transmission channel. The server response was: 4.3.2 Service not available." and I found the article: Send-MailMessage returns The server response was: 4.3.2 Service not available‌.

It seems that you need to insert the Qlik NPrinting Server IP address into the senders white list of your SMTP server.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
