Sorting by expression for 2 dimensions in Qlik Sense

I have 2 dimensions in my visualization chart in Qlik Sense and would like to know how to sort one of them by descending. Example, Product Family and Qtr. We tried to use expression in the Product Family sorting but nothing change on the chart.

Thank you

What did you put under Expression? Could you show a screenshot?

Did you try to just put the dimension name?

I used "if(aggr(xxx....

I have 2 dimensions on my chart and need to sort one of the dimension from high to low.

"In bar charts with multiple dimensions, sorting is locked to the first dimension. This dimension is what groups and stacks are based on, and sorting on a different dimension or a measure would break up these groups in an undesirable way. If you still want to sort by the measure value, try using the option Sort by expression on the first dimension under Sorting."

The first dimension Sorting is what decides so tick this one to Sort by Expression and use the expression you want. Should work. See screenshot.

If you want the priority of sorting to be by one dimension (descending in ur case); u have to put above every other thing in the sorting tab
