Pros: It gives the right amount of access to the right users,
Users will be able to see only data which are related to them, they will not be able to see data that might not concern them.
ex: Sales team will be able to see sales data only and not finance data or Marketing data.
The Sales employee will be able to see data and analyse only on his assigned area or region, and will not be able to see the performance of other employees. whereas a manager would be able to see all the employee data and access their performance.
The process of setting up section access may become a little tedious and might confuse one,
