On QlikSense hub I am getting error "your account is inactive. contact your administrator to activate it".
userId from Active Directory. And assigned a token with RootAdmin Access right in QlikSense QMC.
Please help me out to resolve the issue asap.
Make sure that your USER hasn't been BLOCKED in the Users overview page OR that it's not been EXTERNALLY REMOVED.
In User List.Status of INactive :- Yes
Blocked :- No
is showing. Please let me know the process to change this.
Users can also become inactivated automatically by Qlik Sense, if they have been removed
from the directory that Qlik Sense is connected to. If this happens, they are marked as Removed externally
in the Users overview page.

Have you re synched your UDC?
Yes, I have Re synched it. still showing same status.
Is the user actually ACTIVE in AD?
Yes, user is active in AD. able to login on system by same userid.
but not able to login on Qliksense hub or QMC.
