Error when generating On Demand report

Hi,

It looks like I've got everything properly configured, but when I attempt to create an On Demand report I get an error. Nothing is recorded on the log files on the NPrinting server. No details at all about this error. The On Demand screen just says: "error" where it should say "Ready".

I have noticed, that if I remove all the objects from the template (it's a Word document) and I leave the report empty this will work. So I am thinking that perhaps On Demand has problems accessing QlikView Server? But how to troubleshoot this?

NPrinting server has no problems to access to QlikView server, since I can create the connection and see the objects.

Version: NPrinting 17 November 17

Any idea?

Thanks

Check to ensure that you are using QVP connections with regard to your NPrinting Connections/reports used with On Demand.

Also check that your report can be previewed in the NP designer. If it can no longer be previewed in the designer then it needs to be repaired their first.

Please also check the following article for other configuration changes/updates that will help to resolve this issue:

If the above does not resolve the issue, please submit a support request to your Qlik Support partner or directly to the Qlik Support desk.

Kind regards...
