condition in the sum of year in a cross table

Hello,

i calculate a indicator with this expression

if(MOTIF<>'Congé parental' and sum(((aggr(count(DATE_DEB_FIN),MATRICULE_AGENT,MOIS, MOTIF,ANNEE,TEMPS_TRAVAIL)/30)*TEMPS_TRAVAIL)/100)/12<>0,1,0)

i have a set of 0 and 1. I need to compare the total of month

if all month =1  Year (Physique)=1

if i have some month=1 and some= 0 Year physique =0

Example :

if i reduce in year i need to have 2005=0.

How can i resolve my problem.
