It seems like there is some information mismatch between QMS and QDS. Please take a look in the QMS log and check for log lines about workorders, are there any since the problem started?
Katarina, where can I see these logs?
Windows log of service "Qlikview Management Service": Service started successfully.
And, in QMC this task is restarted by button "Run this task" normally.
Please go to your QMS folder in ProgramData (ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\Log) and open the log for the date when you had the problem.
