Reihenfolge in Dimension selber festlegen

Hallo,

ich bin neu hier im Forum und wollt mich jetzt schon mal für die Mühen und die Unterstützungen bedanken. Wir haben vor seit kurzem Qlik Sense im Einsatz. Ich habe leider noch nicht soviel Erfahrung damit. Ich habe eine Frage zu der Darstellung und Sortierung in einer Dimension.

Ich hoffe die Frage ist im richtigem Forum. Ich habe eine Tabelle erstellt mit Artikelgruppen, Produktgruppen usw. Jetzt wollte ich auf dem Blatt auch nochmal die Produktgruppen (Dimension) als Filter darstellen. Leider passen mir die Standard Sortierfunktion der Dimension nicht. Beispiel:

Die Beschreibung wird alphabetisch Sortier:

A1

A2

A

B

C

C1

usw.

Ich möchte gerne eine manuell Sortierung:

A

B

A1

D2

C

Ist das möglich?

You have at least three approaches to achieve what you describe.

1) Create a sort order field in the same dimension table that you have your dimension. Then you can specify sort order according to this extra field with Sorting/Custom/Sort by expression.

2) Make sure that you load the dimension value in the right sort order in the load script by using. Then you can turn off all sorting which will make the values to appear in load order.

3) Create a calculated dimension with the Dual()-function so each value is a text and a number. Then it will sort the values by the numeric value instead of the text value.

The expression above is =Dual( Customer , [Customer Number] )
