Make sure below item done for pre-production roll-out checklist
1) after UAT sign off try to migrate the report/app from UAT to production environment
(after migrate make sure the db DSN connection config, ensure file path and data availability etc)
2) if you have section/sheet level access configured, then make sure all users added into prod and verify the data/object level access based on different user role and ensure all users have right access)
3) make sure the data (qvd/excel/falt source) availability based on the report scheduled frequency (daily/weekly/monthly scheduled via QMC)
4) ensure all the 3rd party extension imported and tested fully.
5) prepare some user document/guide for the users and u can include this doc in your roll-out email
