NPrinting 17.3 Connection Error

Hi,

When I reload the metadata, i am getting the below error...

Also, Let me know how to check whether the NPrinting 17.3 installed in my server is stable or not?

NOTE: Bothe the QVS and Nprinting is installed on the same server(LOCAL)

edit the connection and re enter the details and reload the meta data

or

if above is not working do below

delete the connection and re create a new connection with same name and try
