A published a story that disappeared once the sense app was updated

I had a published story which disappeared once my app was upgraded . Any Idea why this wierd behaviour of sense

What version are you running?

When the app was upgraded what does that mean?  Are you saying that you made changes to the App and then republished it and then the story disappeared?  What changes were made?

I made changes in the app and then republished it.There were few new column which were added in the filter and in the Table chart .
