I am using Personal Edition 10.00.8935.7 SR2 on Vista SP2.
When right-clicking a blank sheet and choosing Properties, I get a limited Sheet Properties box with settings for Sheet, Sheet Background, and Tab Settings (http://i.imgur.com/JCQ0Q.jpg). When going to Settings:Sheet Properties..., I get a more expansive, tabbed window with the ability to change many other items (http://i.imgur.com/G73Wm.jpg). The latter is the one referenced by the Tutorial, yet it does not seem possible to pull up that window by right-clicking.
This inconsistent behavior is confusing for a beginner.
