You can create Qlik NPrinting reports to a Sense app. The Qlik NPrinting templates use the Qlik Sense objects ID to link the source objects. This works.
When you create a new ODAG app it will have different object IDs so the already created Qlik NPrinting report templates will not work because they use the Sense object IDs of the first app. There is not a way to mass update them so you have to re-create the report templates.
An idea could be to create a Qlik Sense app only for reporting. In that app you insert only the data and the objects that are needed to generate and distribute the reports.
