      SFA Admin

      Full time


      The Sales Force Automation (SFA) Administrator will provide support to the sales team and the Associate Director, SFA Systems in ongoing maintenance of the SFA data through reporting, SFA system maintenance and sales force targeting.  Primary responsibilities include processing requested changes to the SFA system, testing in a validated environment, performing IQ, OQ and PQ for new versions of SFA software, training sales representatives on the SFA system, setting up PDAs for the sales force, running reports using the SFA system or SQL and conducting PDMA investigations.  The Sales Force Automation Administrator will also serve as second tier field helpdesk support; monitoring the helpdesk website and resolving problems associated with the use of the PDA and associated software.

      Responsibilities / Qualifications:

      We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or two years of Sales Force Automation experience.  Working knowledge of SQL Server 2005 is required and knowledge of stored procedures is preferred.  Experience working with PDAs, Windows Mobile O/S and testing associated with PDAs is highly desired.  Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills are required.  The successful candidate will have effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of quality.



      Business Intelligence Report Developer



      The Business Intelligence Report Developer is responsible for developing, deploying and supporting reports, report applications, data warehouses and business intelligence systems. Primary responsibilities include creating and automating quality control processes and methods, providing maintenance and enhancement of data warehouse reports, creating ad hoc data warehouse queries, solving data related reporting issues and documenting all reports created. The selected candidate must possess experience in user facing roles (e.g. gathering requirements, establishing project objectives, leading meetings) and will also develop, select and conduct user training as needed. The Business Intelligence Report Developer will also participate in all aspects of data warehouse projects including conceptualization, design, construction, testing, selection, deployment and post-support implementation.

      Responsibilities / Qualifications:

      We seek candidates with a four-year degree in Computer Information Systems or related discipline and at least 2 years of report development and distribution experience. QlikView and pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred. Must possess strong database skills in Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or 2008) and/or Oracle. Previous experience with IMS or WK/NDC is a plus. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills are required
