Is there a way to monitor the session actual duration time by user?

Hi,

Is there a way to know the exact session duration in minutes by user? In the License Monitor I can see the total number of sessions used by a particular user. What I am looking for is the actual amount of time in minutes the user spent on a particular session, or the average amount of time the user spent on a particular day.

  I was looking into the License Monitor. This seems like it will provide me with the correct answers I am looking for.
