I would like to know answers to some question.
1. which version of Qlik sense do you have and how many servers are there in the environment?
2. Is this a new installation.
.3. Have you followed the proper guidelines for a new installation or not.
3. Could you add complete log folder by navigating to c:\programedata\Qlik\sense\ location.
4. I would like to see if there are any issues with repository service which is not running fine so that we can see in logs and try further troubleshooting on this.
5. Is there any antivirus programme installed on the machine?
Let me know these things so that we can proceed further from here.
