      QV became unstable, users not able to login and white color backgroud displayed while access QV Docs

       

      We have QV 9 SR4

       

      after looking in windows event logs, we saw warning messages starting 6/8:

      After restarting the QV server everything started to work. We are wondering if this has something to do with incomplete doc loaded in memory from the QV side, that didn’t get all the entitlements.

       

      Let us know if more logs need to be reviewed for this issue?
