You either need to login with a Qlik account and password or have setup authentication with your Enterprise Server QS to open Desktop.
thanks for your reply. I have the account since two years ago. Starting from some weeks ago I'm having this problem and it happend when I'm connect to the ethernet, otherwise the login works properly.
Something must have changed then.
Did you update anything prior to this starting?
