Problem while installing Qliksense APP on IPhone

Hello All,

I have installed Qliksense app on iphone. I have generated desktop authentication link as well.But when i am following the steps given at below link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=366&v=LR7q1viD5c8

It is giving me error. Error is coming when i am opening hub in iphone, after hub opens a window opens showing statement

"unspecific error occurs kindly refresh or contact admin". Can a nyone helps me in this? Will this Qliksense App works on IPad only ?

This is from Qlik Help  iPhone is not currently supported

Prerequisites

  • iPad Air 2 or later, or iPad Pro. iPhone is not supported.
  • iOS 10.3.2 or later
  • Qlik Sense Enterprise, September 2017 release or later

Hey,

Thanks ka for the information. But if I have iPad air2 and qliksense

enterprise june2017 version, will this works?

It says that it will work.

I actually installed it on an iPad Mini and it worked even though that is not listed as supported.
