Do users have to exist in NPrinting first before in order to email reports?

Hi,

Do I have to have people who I want to email NPrinting report to as Users in NPrinting first?

Can I email users without adding them as users in NPrinting?

You can send to non NPrinting users only in CC or BCC. The TO field gives a dropdown of users existing in NPrinting.

Keep in mind, that this will send EVERY EMAIL sent out to the BCC/CC'ed folks.  So if you have NPrinting users, and you add two users in the CC/BCC field, those two users will get 100 emails.
