Losing data on Excel import

Hi,

Can anyone provide a solution to a problem I am facing when I do an export of a chart into Excel.  I have a column that has a paragraph of text and when this is exported to Excel it seems to truncate the words to just the first 250 words.  I have checked the chart and there are more words than this. Is this a restriction in Qlikvew or Excel?

which version of excel?

excel has know limitations on data length

Hi,

Thanks for responding - it does not matter which version of Excell it is just seems to truncate to the first 250 words.  By the way I was using Excel 2007.

sorry for the delay.

in attach an example of an xls with 200 rows of 500 words texts

the qvw reads just fine.

can you send some example data?
