Server license failed

Hi,

I am getting the error as

Server failed to set license: QVS@: Invalid license key or control number  when i am trying to apply the server license.

It is not connected to Internet.

Is there any log to check the reason or analyse the issue. if so Where the log will be stored

Make sure you have applied the license to the server when it's connected to Internet...

Thanks for your response . i have the LEF file. So i dont think internet connectivity is required.

If you paste the LEF portion of the license (and if it's correct), no internet connection is needed when applying licenses in Qlikview Server.

Is this license correct and not expired? Is the ctrl nr correct? Send it in a message to me, and I can verify it.

yes license correct and not expired. I have found the actual issue. I have copied the control in to serial and vice versa. Now i have corrected it and license is successfuly applied.
