QlikSense mobile problems with proxy

Hello, please help.

I have problem, I am install qliksense app on ipad. And when I try connect via link from qmc or link in browser - I have message in app

"Your license has expired..."

Our Wi-Fi using proxy. Maybe problem in this? Because in browser all ok.

Im try http connect and https - no difference.

Hey Anton,

Which version of the app and the server are you running? Do you have user access pass allocated to the user that is trying to access your server?

Hey Vinay,

Yes, user have.

I can open sense hub from browser on ipad, but not from sense app.

I have Sense April version on app and server.

For connection I use HTTP link.
