Not able to over right the published app in qliksense

‌After publishing duplicated the copy of the application to work stream, done some changes, when I tried to publish same copy to the stream instead of over righting one More copy has being created in the stream.. please suggest how to over right the published apps..

rename the app and publish to specific stream

Delete the old one in the stream and publish the New Application to the stream
