Failed to open .qvw document after convert it to .qvf

I am trying to convert a .qvw file to .qvf from Qlik Sense DEV Hub. After dropping the .qvw file and creating the .qvf app, the .qvw file cannot be opened. When I tried to open it, it gave me 'Failed to Open Document' error. How can I open the .qvw file?

Is it possible to share that file here? Did you open that qvw on your Client desktop?

The problem is the .qvw document cannot be opened by leased license on desktop and the server. I have solved the problem where the owner of .qvw document was changed to the Qlik Sense service account. After I use the QS service account changed the owner back to my account, I can open the .qvw file again.
